One of the solutions developed by CWI performs a task that is normally laborious and time-consuming: summarizing meeting minutes. Syntheses allow our partner to analyze data more easily, identifying situations that could result in loss of customers, for example.
The system applies the RAG architecture concept, a way of customizing artificial intelligence models. Minutes can provide valuable insights, but the amount of information is extensive. In addition to summarizing the large volume, the AI contains rules that guarantee the execution of other tasks: sentiment extraction, list of main topics covered in the meeting and analysis of the possibility of changes in relation to the current scenario of key people.

Firstly, the content of documents is extracted from images or PDFs. Then, an application created by the CWI team interacts with the OpenAI API (the company that created ChatGPT) to analyze the information.
